Check-out is by 10:00 AM – unless you have made other advance arrangements with us. Why so early? Our cleaners come in right behind you to get the home ready for our next guests – they will be arriving at 4:00 on the day you check-out.
We do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay. To help us expedite cleaning and keep costs down we kindly ask that prior to leaving you:
___ start the dishwasher for any breakfast dishes used
___ empty coffee grounds/K-Cup into trash
___ empty fridge of food/drinks you purchased
___ put all trash into the large bin in front of the garage – ALL TRASH MUST BE IN BAGS - TIED
___ strip any beds used and place used linens in mesh bags (mesh bags are in downstairs bedroom closet)
___ place all used/wet/dirty towels into the mesh bags as well – bathmats too!
___ when finished, place mesh bags on the front porch, just outside the door.
___ set thermostat to Auto and set temperature to 75 (spring and summer) or 68 (fall/winter)
___ if used, please return hanging chairs to the closet (please place them gently on the floor)
___ close all blinds
___ turn off all lights including outdoor/patio/porch lights
___ Lock all doors. (Remember, there are 4 exterior doors. Please remember to check all four.)
